Below is a slide show 'show case' of the Simian Ridge guitar development to date. Front view, back view etc, but also measurement wedges that show the geometry of the instrument in millimetres (for those who care). 'First generation bracing' (too heavy) was rejected and the only guitar made with this 8mm bracing has been decommissioned. Second generation bracing is 7mm wide and has the voice I want. Third generation bracing is 7mm but more aggressively shaped to give a little more bass. How do they sound? Here's a 7 minute YouTube Clip comparing Three of my guitars with a 1946 D18.
